Known as “Mozzarella di latte di Bufala” in Europe, mozzarella dates back to 7th and 8th centuries where it was first produced in southern Italy according to estimates. Mozzarella offers the taste of fresh milk, making its delicate, creamy aroma felt with its soft texture and flexible structure.

Our mozzarella is made entirely of the hygienic and daily milk of water buffaloes from our farm, blended with our Italian cheese masters’ 20 years of experience.   This is how it achieves the traditional Italian taste as we apply the production techniques of its homeland.
