Pizza Dough

Put lukewarm water and salt in the kneader, add yeast, flour and olive oil in this particular order to knead. Let it wait for 2 hours at room temperature and create 200-250 grams of balls

Tomato Sauce

Add all ingredients and leave out the water if it is in excess.

Knead it with your hands, spread the tomato sauce, and add basil leaves before you bake in the oven. Lay burrata on the baked dough and serve with pesto sauce.
